It used to be that in markets as competitive as a gladiatorial death match, you could runs ads to a webinar sign up page, and get eager prospects racing to book into your calendar.

And it would often cost less than $60 per scheduled appointment.

Dang... the same call booking might cost 3x or 4x more to generate.

And while the typical show-up rate was 80% in 2015, now you're lucky if a shade over 50% actually make it to the call.

And when you do finally get a prospect to show up, they're not exactly chomping at the bit to hear your pitch...

Well, not quite.

You see, I too personally experienced all of this and more.

The night-terrors waiting for the results on the new ad you pray will "be the one".

impending doom before a strategy session (that you know is gonna suck).

After being stuck on this high-ticket Hamster Wheel for longer than most, I made a critical change.

Rather than sending visitors into a "Strategy Session Funnel", I instead started testing what I now call a "Product First Front-End".

The results were astonishing.

My phone was constantly pinging with new-customer notification from Stripe, and the best part is I was actually making money directly from my ads.

It's hard to describe how much less stress it is to recoup your ad spend on the day you run your ads. Rather than the bottomless black-hole of burning through credit cards hoping your strategy sessions will convert next week.

No wonder it's hard to stay objective and detached on sales call, like the "experts" teach!

I was now selling a front end product, immediately covering all my ad spend, and actually making a tidy profit too.

Just think about that for a second... now I was getting PAID to generate new customers. And every new sale was a perfect prospect for my $15K high-end offer.

This pivot is so contrary to what the funnel hacking crowd regurgitate, it also allows you to fly totally under-the-radar too. Most of your competitors never even see your offer with this model!

The cherry on top is that after my new customers enjoyed the product, they were then salivating at the thought of having the opportunity to speak to myself or my team on the phone.

They went from seeing us as annoying, sleazy salespeople to GOD-LIKE figures they were humbled to be learning from.

OK, I'm exaggerating a little, but they were totally pre-sold and excited to be speaking with us.

The shift was life changing.

Our call show rate went from 50% to 100%.

And our close rate went from 10% to 90%.

Plus we were also able to increase our prices and reduce the payment plans too.

The trust that blooms after someone has a happy experience buying from you makes the next sale 10X easier.
